MyDeskFront payment terms

These terms describe the payment milestones for a MyDeskFront implementation.

Implementation

The one-time implementation fee is $2,000. A $500 deposit is required to begin and is non-refundable. The remaining $1,500 is due before your assistant is activated or goes live.

Monthly service

Ongoing MyDeskFront service is $300 per month. Monthly service begins when your practice’s assistant goes live.

After payment

After Stripe confirms your deposit, you will be sent to a setup survey. We use that information to prepare your onboarding and implementation plan.

Scope

Voice usage allowances, phone service, scheduling integrations, and any other implementation details require written confirmation for your practice before activation.
